Jakarta, Aug. 6 -- The National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) is set to present Adsorbed Natural Gas (ANG) technology as a potential alternative to Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to President Prabowo Subianto on Thursday.

BRIN Head Arif Satria said the technology is among the agency's flagship innovations, citing its strong potential to strengthen national energy security.

"There are several promising products that have yet to enter the market but have strong prospects. One of them is adsorbed natural gas, which could become a key driver of Indonesia's energy transition. We will present all of these to the president," Satria said upon arriving at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta.
