Jakarta, Dec. 25 -- The National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) reported that 1,361 tons of logistical aid have been distributed to flood- and landslide-hit provinces in Sumatra, namely Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.

"Logistics received at the national command post have reached 1,370 tons, with 1,361 tons of them having been delivered to the affected regions," head of the BNPB Disaster Data, Information, and Communication Center Abdul Muhari said in a press conference monitored online on Thursday.

He explained that on December 25, 37.4 tons of logistics were distributed in Aceh Province, all of which were sent by air to reach areas that remain inaccessible by land.
