Jakarta, March 17 -- Indonesia's National Narcotics Agency (BNN) has destroyed 34.21 kilograms of drug evidence seized from nine separate cases uncovered at airports and a clandestine drug laboratory in Bali and Jakarta, officials said on Tuesday.

Acting Deputy for Enforcement at BNN, Brigadier General Roy Hardi Siahaan, said the cases involved 13 suspects.

"The actions carried out by BNN teams reflect the Indonesian government's commitment to combating drug trafficking nationwide, whether through air routes or border areas, especially as the modus operandi of international drug networks entering Indonesia becomes increasingly complex," Roy said at a press conference.
