Jakarta, Oct. 31 -- The Indonesian National Alms Agency (Baznas) has deployed its disaster response (BTB) team to deliver assistance to residents affected by flash floods and landslides that hit Cisolok, Sukabumi District, West Java.

"Our efforts are not just focused on providing logistics but also on boosting the victims' morale and ensuring they receive adequate basic services," Baznas Deputy for Distribution and Empowerment Imdadun Rahmat remarked.

In a statement cited here on Friday, he noted that Baznas had been involved in emergency measures in the disaster-hit area since Monday (October 27), focusing on humanitarian operations.
