Denpasar, Bali, Aug. 11 -- The Bali Regional Directorate General of Immigration inspected 66 foreign nationals from 27 countries during a week-long operation targeting suspected immigration violations and threats to public security and order.

The Head of the Bali Immigration Office, Felucia Sengky Ratna, on Tuesday noted that these foreign nationals were identified during the "Dharma Dewata" patrol across several areas in Bali.

Of the 66 foreign nationals inspected, 24 were suspected of misusing their residence permits and 20 had overstayed their visas, while the remaining 22 were apprehended in connection with disturbances to security and public order.
