Jakarta, Oct. 1 -- International relations analyst at Budi Luhur University Andrea Abdul Rahman Azzqy has highlighted a shift toward the "institutionalization of protection" as he evaluates the achievements of President Prabowo's two-year administration in protecting Indonesian citizens abroad.
