Jakarta, July 17 -- Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto has sought Mexico's support for Indonesia's bid to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

"Indonesia is currently in the process of acceding to the CPTPP and believes that support from all members, including Mexico, plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth process, given the consensus-based nature of the agreement," Hartarto said in a statement released here on Thursday.
