India, Sept. 18 -- India has rejected the reported Pakistan-China "boundary commission" as legally untenable, while calling on Pakistan to immediately vacate territories that New Delhi describes as being under its "illegal and forcible occupation".

Responding to media queries, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said India was aware of reports concerning the so-called boundary commission between Pakistan and China.

"Instead of engaging in such theatrics, we call on Pakistan to immediately vacate areas under its illegal and forcible occupation," Jaiswal said.

Jaiswal said New Delhi does not recognise any Pakistan-China boundary arrangement involving Indian territory.
