Srilanka, Oct. 6 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed High Court Judges Navaratne Marasinghe and H. M. R. M. Thilakaratne to the Court of Appeal.



The newly appointed judges took their oaths before President Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (06), the President's Media Division said in a statement.



The appointments have been made to fill two existing vacancies in the Court of Appeal.



Secretary to the President Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake was also present at the swearing-in ceremony.
