Srilanka, July 3 -- A delegation representing the Sri Lanka's Tamil National Council has met with the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, C. Joseph Vijay, in Chennai today (03) and had held extensive discussions.



During the discussion, a written memorandum has been handed over to the Chief Minister Vijay outlining several key political and human rights concerns relating to Sri Lankan Tamils.
