Sri Lanka, Oct. 19 -- Sri Lanka's Yevan David on Sunday re-wrote history by winning the Rookie Championship title and second place overall in the 2025 Euroformula Open Championship, becoming the first Sri Lankan racer to achieve both.

In the final leg of the Euroformula Open season at the Monza circuit, Yevan David finished second in Round 2 and claimed victory in Race 3 of the Monza stage.
