Srilanka, Aug. 10 -- The General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), Sagara Kariyawasam has been released on bail by the Kaduwela Magistrate's Court today (10).



Kaduwela Magistrate Aruna Indrajith Buddhadasa ordered his release on two surety bail of Rs. 2 million each, Ada Derana reporter said.



A foreign travel ban has also been imposed on Sagara Kariyawasam by the Kaduwela Magistrate.



Court issued the 17-page bail order after considering submissions made by both the prosecution and the defence.
