Sri Lanka, July 11 -- A shooting incident has been reported at a residence in the Naeboda area of Matugama.



According to police, the shooting was carried out this evening (11) by a group of individuals who had arrived at the location.



Police suspect that a T-56 assault rifle may have been used in the incident. However, no casualties have been reported this far.



Investigations into the incident are currently being conducted by the police.
