SriLanka, Oct. 9 -- Remanded former First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa was brought to the National Eye Hospital today (09) for specialist medical treatment.

She was referred to a prison medical specialist yesterday (08) due to an eye condition.

Based on the medical recommendations provided, arrangements were made for her to be examined by a specialist at the National Eye Hospital.
