Srilanka, June 28 -- A digital guidance platform has been introduced to assist devotees travelling to Anuradhapura for the Poson pilgrimage, providing easy access to essential information and services during the festival.



The mobile application, developed by the Centre for Defence Research & Development in collaboration with 'Manusath Derana', offers details on vehicle parking facilities, dansal locations and other key services to help pilgrims navigate the sacred city with ease.



Meanwhile, the Public Health Inspectors' Association has announced that more than 18,000 dansals have been registered across the country ahead of the Poson festival.
