Srilanka, July 10 -- Police have announced temporary traffic restrictions in Yatiyanthota due to the annual Esala Maha Perahera of the Kabulumulla Rajamaha Paththini Devalaya.



According to the Police Media Division, the procession will commence at 8.00 p.m. tomorrow (11) and will continue until 1.00 a.m. the following day (12).



The procession will begin from the Kabulumulla Rajamaha Paththini Devalaya and proceed along the Hatton-Colombo main road up to Karawanella Junction. It will then travel along the Kegalle-Avissawella road towards the vicinity of the Wandala Viharaya in Ruwanwella before returning to the Paththini Devalaya.
