Sri Lanka, Oct. 11 -- The National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) has extended the landslide early warnings issued for several districts in view of the prevailing rainy weather conditions.



The updated warnings will remain in effect for 24 hours, from 7.00 p.m. today (11) until 7.00 p.m. tomorrow (12).



Level 2 - Alert (Amber)



Colombo District: Padukka



Kegalle District: Bulathkohupitiya, Mawanella and Ruwanwella



Level 1 - Awareness (Yellow)



Badulla District: Ella and Passara



Kalutara District: Walallavita, Bulathsinhala and Ingiriya



Kandy District: Hatharaliyadda, Yatinuwara, Thumpane and Doluwa



Kegalle District: Kegalle, Aranayake, Rambukkana, Yatiyanthota, Dehiowita and Warakapola
