Srilanka, Sept. 16 -- Former Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Member of Parliament Thisakutti Arachchi, who arrived at the Illegal Assets Investigation Division of Sri Lanka Police to provide a statement, has left the premises.



Thisakutti Arachchi departed after recording a statement for nearly five hours, said Ada Derana reporter.



He arrived at the Illegal Assets Investigation Division this afternoon (16) to provide a statement in connection with an ongoing investigation.
