Srilanka, Sept. 27 -- The Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) says it will lodge complaints with the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) and the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) over the involvement of Avant-Garde in maritime security services previously carried out by Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited (RALL) in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Navy.



COPE Chairman Dr. Nishantha Samaraweera said the government had incurred a significant financial loss as a result of involving Avant-Garde in the maritime security operations.
