Srilanka, July 24 -- The Department of Examinations has announced that the 2026 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination will be held from August 10 to September 5 at 2,532 examination centers across the island.



Admission cards for school candidates have already been forwarded to the relevant Zonal Education Offices. School principals are required to collect the admission cards from the Deputy or Assistant Director of Education in charge of examinations at their respective Zonal Education Offices.



Meanwhile, admission cards for private candidates are being dispatched by post to their registered residential addresses.
