Bahrain, Nov. 3 -- Madinat Khalifa has reached a key development milestone with the signing of an agreement appointing Naseej to develop the residential project under Bahrain's Government Land Development Programme. First introduced as an investment opportunity at Gateway Gulf 2024, the project is now progressing towards implementation.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairperson of Eskan Bank, and Amin Al Arrayed, Chief Executive Officer of Naseej, on the sidelines of the Innovation Summit and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector 2026.
