WASHINGTON, May 10 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Amendment 113 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska; Central Gulf of Alaska Rockfish Program Adjustments.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 10 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
