Jammu, March 11 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday said that the endeavour of the Government of India and the UT Administration on the theme 'Leave No Child Behind' is a reflection of our commitment to develop a sensitive, supportive ecosystem for the young generation.
