Odisha STF nabs a wildlife criminal, recovers leopard skin

Bhubaneswar, Feb. 12 -- The Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch has arrested a wildlife criminal and seized a leopard skin from his possession.

STF sources here on Monday said acting on reliable information, a team of STF conducted a raid on Monday at Daringbadi Ghati under Daringbadi Police station in Kandhamal district with the help of Kandhamal Forest Officials and police.

During raids one wildlife criminal identified as Gheneswar Pradhan of Gohibadi village in Kandhamal district was apprehended.

The STF personnel recovered one Leopard Skin, one country-made pistol and incriminating materials from his possession.
