Jalna, March 20 -- The administration is ready to conduct the Lok Sabha elections in the district in a
transparent and fearless atmosphere, said collector and District Election officer Dr Shrikrishna Panchal
on Wednesday.
While addressing a press conference here, he said that Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been imposed in the district.
They have established 23 permanent teams for the Lok Sabha elections and the workin officers-employees have started their work in three sessions, he informed.
Mobile teams have also been set up to curb illegal transportation of liquor and money in the vehicles, he said.
