Jammu, April 26 -- In the first two hours of polling across Jammu Parliamentary Constituency on Friday, it was Akhnoor that saw maximum voter turnout so far in the second phase of Lok Sabha elections as 10.39 per cent of nearly 18 lakh voters cast their votes, the office of Chief Election Officer, J&K, said.
