Srinagar, Feb. 20 -- A groom was taken to his bride's home in a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) bulletproof bunker in south Kashmir's Tral area on Tuesday after he got stuck at his home due to the snowfall.
Mukthar Ahmed Poswal, a resident of Baran Pathri area of Tral Pulwama, marriage was fixed today and as per the programme he had to reach the groom's house at Gutroo village, some 20 kms away, but due to snowfall he could leave his home.
Worried groom kept waiting for several hours at home with the hope that the weather would improve. But the snow didn't stop.
Finally, worried Poswal called the local CRPF unit at Mandoora and informed them that his wedding was scheduled today and he is not able to travel because of the snowfall and...
