Shimla, Feb. 1 -- Congress MLA Rajendra Rana has written to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister SS Sukhui showing his resentment at the government not fulfilling the commitments made to the people at different times. Rana was elected to Vidhan sabha from Sujanpur tira seat and is considered close to the HP Congress party chief, Pratibha Singh. Rana, once considered close to the senior BJP leader PK Dhumal, came to limelight when he defeated Dhumal in 2017 assembly election. Rana has e-mailed a two-page letter to the Chief Minister.
