New Delhi, March 12 -- Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday said that the party is committed to protect the land, forest and water of the tribals in the country.

He said the party will set up a national mission to effectively implement the Forest Rights Act, when it comes to power. Addressing a press conference at his residence here, Kharge alleged that the Narendra Modi government has given forest land to his industrialist friends. When the Congress party will be voted to power, the first thing it will do is secure the land of the tribals.
