New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- The Central government will bring a white paper in Parliament on Thursday over the alleged "economic mismanagement" in the country during the 10-year (2004- 2014) rule of the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA-II).
The White Paper will elaborate on India's "economic misery" and its negative impacts on the economy during the UPA government.
The White Paper will also talk about the impact of positive steps that could have been taken by the then ruling UPA.
