Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) unveiled its latest research findings, highlighting a staggering uptick in the number of candidates, particularly in the inaugural phase of upazila elections, boasting moveable or liquid assets of at least Tk 1 crore each-a figure that has more than doubled within the span of five years.
