Paradip, Feb. 16 -- Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today laid the foundation stone for the Integrated Greenfield Steel Plant of JSW Utkal Steel Limited at Paradip.

The company will invest around Rs 65,000 crore for the 13.2 MTPA steel plant, which will come up at Dhinkia. It will generate employment opportunities for around 30,000 people.

The CM also laid foundation stone for 1.20 MTPA green ammonia plant of ReNew E-Fuels Private Ltd. having investment of Rs 22,000 crore and 25,000 MTPA modern chemicals factory of Silox India Private Limited with Rs 500 crore investment. The projects will create job opportunities for around 5,000 people.
