KATHMANDU, Feb. 7 -- The Kathmandu District Court has ordered to send four people including an immigration officer to judicial custody on charge of sending Nepali nationals on fake visit visas to different countries.

They are accused of illegally sending Nepali nationals on visit visas to various destinations through Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

A single bench of Judge Kapil Mani Gautam on Tuesday remanded Immigration Officers Narbir Khadka, Arun Dahal, Saroj Kumar Yadav and Manoj Tamang. The court has also demanded bail from six other individuals in the same case.
