BHOPAL, Feb. 13 -- On the instructions of Vatsalya Kumar, Recovery Officer of Court Debt Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur, Court Commissioner Advocate Mahesh Pandey attached the property of the defaulter in the 10 year old NPA account.
Bank of India Misrod Branch Manager Ravi Kumar told that the firm M/s. 01 The immovable property of Sanju Bundela, debtor of Pihu Mineral Water, plot no. 153-J/1 Rajharsh Housing Cooperative Society, Village Gehukheda, Tehsil-Huzur, District-Bhopal was attached.
Chief Manager in the said process Amit Kumar Mittal, Bank of India and Police Force Police Station Kolar Road, Bhopal also cooperated.
