MANILA, Feb. 14 -- Several areas of the country will continue to experience rain showers due to the three weather systems affecting the Philippines, the weather bureau said Wednesday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and the southern portion of Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line and the easterlies.

Moderate to heavy rains in those areas could result in flash floods or landslides, PAGASA said.
