Manila, April 26 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) has revoked the firearms registration and license to own and possess firearms (LTOPF) of fugitive Kingdom of Jesus Christ leader Apollo Quiboloy.

The standard and requisites for issuance of and obtaining LTOPF stipulate that "the applicant has not been convicted or is currently an accused in a pending criminal case before any court of law for a crime that is punishable with a penalty of more than two years."

Legal disability for gun ownership also includes "pendency of a criminal case with imposable penalty of two years."
