MANILA, Feb. 11 -- The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said both the northeast monsoon or "amihan" and easterlies will continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers across the country on Sunday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Luzon will be affected by the northeast monsoon, causing cloudy skies with light rains in Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region and the provinces of Kalinga, Apayao, Aurora and Quezon.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will likewise have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the amihan.
