New Delhi, April 16 -- The Supreme Court has denied anticipatory bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan in a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the recruitment of the Delhi Wakf Board.

However, at the same time, a bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta observed that ED should arrest Khan only if there are considerable evidences against him. The Court observed: " "You arrest him in case there is material. In case, there is no material, do not arrest him. You have to follow Section 19 PMLA..It should not be taken for granted that if he appears, he will be arrested."

The Supreme Court also ordered Amanatullah Khan to appear before the ED on April 18.https://twitter.com/KhanAmanatullah/photo ...
