NEW DELHI, April 18 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
1. Counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that they are seeking time to put their houses in order because the replies have already been filed but the copies of the reply have not been served upon the petitioner. Hence, time, as prayed for, is granted to the respondents.
2. The matter is, therefore, adjourned to 6.5.2024.
3. Meanwhile, interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 21.11.2023 shall stand continued to be operative during the pendency of this Broadcasting Petition.
