1. Counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions from their client, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
2. Having heard the counsel for the respondent, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn unconditionally.
3. M.A. No.300 of 2023 is also hereby disposed of in view of the final disposal of the Broadcasting Petition.
