NEW DELHI, April 18 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
1. Learned Counsel for Petitioner is connected.
2. Vakalatnama afresh, is being said to be filed by tomorrow. Let it be filed so. No communication from Police Station concerned, is there.
3. There had been a notice to it to explain non-compliance. Let a notice be issued, through DG Police, Uttar Pradesh, for ensuring submission of compliance report as well as explanation, if any.
4. List the matter on 15.07.2024 "for further directions".
