NEW DELHI, April 18 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
Learned Counsel for Respondent seeks further time of one week for filing Evidence Affidavit. Prayer is opposed by the opposite counsel stating that the said Affidavit is awaited from Respondent since November 2023. On last occasion, by way of final indulgence two weeks time was given to Respondent to file Evidence Affidavit.
Let Evidence Affidavit be filed by Respondent latest by 22nd March failing which Registry shall accept it after payment of cost of Rs. 5000/- in favour of "TDSAT Employee Welfare Society".
