TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT AND APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ISSUES ORDER ON ASIANET SATELLITE COMMUNICATION V/S KERALA KAUMUDI

NEW DELHI, April 13 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for both side are present.

2. Learned Counsel for Respondent, though regretting for his request, but requested for a short accommodation, on the ground of being busy in a case, scheduled for hearing, before Hon'ble Apex Court.

3. It has been vehemently opposed by other side, that too for a cost. Today's adjournment is subject to payment of token cost Rs. 500/-.

4. List the matter on 10.05.2024 "for further hearing".
