SHIMLA, India, April 17 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on March 18:
Notice. Mr. Rahul Gathania, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation with the respondentCorporation and the petition be disposed of by directing the respondent-Corporation to take an appropriate decision thereupon within some time bound period.
3. Petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the representation filed by the petitioner be decided in light of the averments made therein within a period of six weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
