SHIMLA, India, May 2 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on April 2:
Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents-State.
2. The petition has been filed for limited prayer seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner.
3. It is averred that the petitioner has completed tenure of two winters and three summers at a station, which falls in tribal area of District Chamba, H.P. As per the provisions of 'Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013', petitioner has become entitled to be transferred and posted at a place of his choice.
