GOA, India, April 19 -- The High Court of Bombay at Goa issued the following order on March 26:
1. Learned advocate for Applicant on instructions submitted that the Applicant has filed an application in the registry for withdrawal of Review Application.
2. In view of submission, Review Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
3. In view of withdrawal of Review Application, Civil Application No.15 of 2024 and Miscellaneous Civil Application No.49 of 2024 does not survive and stands disposed off as such.
