DELHI HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON SACHDEVA ENTERPRISES V/S STATE OF NCT OF DELHI AND ANR

NEW DELHI, April 23 -- Delhi High Court issued the following judgment on April 27:

1. This petition has been filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 05.12.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act)-03, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Trial Court') in CC No.45060/2016, titled M/s Sachdeva Enterprises v. Sh. Mohit @ Moni, dismissing the said complaint filed by the petitioner herein under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (in short, 'NI Act').
