Manipur, Feb. 13 -- A six-member delegation of Akhil Bhartiya Transport Association (ABTA) called on Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday and submitted a memorandum highlighting the day-to-day challenges and problems faced by the transporters of goods, including essential commodities due to the critical situation prevailing in the National highways and price rise of commodities.

The team briefed the crucial roles taken by the transporters during the ongoing conflict in the state stating that they have braved as warriors and ambassadors of the great nation to reach out to the remotest corner to avail all the commodities, stated a release from the Raj Bhavan.
