Mumbai, Feb. 15 -- Continuing its unbroken losing spree for the seventh straight session on Friday, the BSE Sensex declined by 67.27 points to end below the 36K-level at 35,808.95 due to sustained selling in Materials, FMCG, Finance, Health Care and Auto counters amidst weak cues from Asian peers.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too eased by 21.65 points to 10,724.40.

The Sensex edged higher by 109 points to 35,985.68 in the morning session and then rose further by 146 points to touch day's high at 36,022.57 during the day, only to pare early gains later by nearly 366 points to hit day's low of 35,510.97. It then recovered but ended negative at 35,808.95, sliding by 67.27 points as compared to its last close.
