New Delhi, Feb. 19 -- Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday appointed three AICC secretaries each for Uttar Pradesh east and Uttar Pradesh west to assist General secretary In-charges for UP east Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and UP west Jyotiraditya Scindia . According to AICC General secretary K C Venugopal ,''Congress president Rahul Gandhi has approved the proposal for appointment of Rana Goswami, Dhiraj Gurjar and Rohit Chaudhary as AICC secretaries for UP west (attached with Mr Jyotiraditya Scindia).
